Michael Keaton is an American actor producer and director most well-known for his role in the film 'Birdman. A versatile actor he is adept at playing comedic and dramatic roles. His work has led him to portray a couple of romantic characters, and he's appeared in some action-packed films. His interest in the performing arts started in his teens. He attempted stand-up comedy during his 20s. It was not successful, though it was the beginning of his acting career. In order to be successful as a comedian and performer, he was hired working as a cameraman for an local cable television station. While working at the Cable station, the man realized he wanted to work in the front of cameras. He was then able to secure an appearance on television and was in many seasons in Mister Rogers Neighborhood. The actor was naturally talented and became very popular on television. He launched an acting career in film with huge hopes and achieved a great deal of recognition for his comedic performances. The career of his character was further boosted by the acclaim he received for his portrayal of Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. As time passed his acting ability were improved, and he started to explore production and directing. The performance he made in the 2014 film Birdman brought him nominations and awards.
